| Who will be top of the class? |
Holli is happy Evan and Micah got all the good superlatives and not her, since they're going to be targets. The majority want Victoria out to break up the partners, but are worried Chris T would play an idol on her. Holli suggests Alex, but Ashley doesn't want to. Victoria and Chris T are getting along much better now, and agree they should save Shannon if they can.
Not wanting to target anyone else, Holli and Ashley talk about voting out Shannon. Which would give the partner immunity to the other side and force them to turn on eachother, but they're fine with that. They try to convince both Eric and Evan/Micah that the other player would be the target when that happens.
Even though Chris T sees voting out Shannon as his best move, his personal feelings are leading him to save her. He tries to get Eric, who is the one person that does not want Shannon to go. He actually doesn't believe that his group are targeting Shannon at first, which makes Holli's next conversation very awkward. Eric is adamant about not doing it, and just tries to get Ashley to switch her vote instead, pissing her off. By the time they all arrive for tribal, the vote is still not decided. Eric is discussing names with the other alliance, and Ashley is having a meltdown.
At tribal council, Micah says it's not easy for the 5 to stick together. We go over some of the good relationships, and also some of the bad ones (like Eric and Ashley). Eric doesn't even know who his group are voting for. Holli points out they could fuck themselves if they split votes. Chris T pulls off the immunity necklace, and gives it to Eric, confusing more than a few people.

| Bittersweet victory |
So the perpetual bottom-dweller finally gets a breather, but at what cost? Did Eric make a mistake in sticking with his side? Guess we'll find out.
