Terrapin Trials Episode 7: Let The Games Begin

Now an endangered species
Kanay just saw his one ally get voted out, but is confident that he will survive the next vote. WTF, why? Marissa and Alex are bonding more now that the original Rafiki numbers are dwindling, and Marissa would like to see Foluke go since she still has a grudge against her for kicking her in the first challenge.

Foluke thinks Zack has the other idol since she saw him with a similar necklace before. She goes through his possessions and retrieves what she thinks is a second idol, but it's actually just a regular necklace. Well, this is an intriguing and potentially hilarious development.

Victoria finds the needle in a haystack
The immunity challenge is a scavenger hunt. Rafiki get off to a bad start when they head to the wrong sandpit, whereas Hukatana almost miss a second clue that's right in front of them. Victoria finally finds their clue and are able to catch up...both head to their final destination around the same time. Hukatana get there first and are able to decipher the picture clues, winning immunity just 30 seconds before Rafiki arrive.

Foluke, Victoria and Terry go on an idol hunt that Foluke knows is a waste of time, just to make sure Kanay doesn't have it. Eric is also around, so Foluke and Victoria decide to fake finding it for his benefit, but who knows if it works. Kanay wants Terry out and is hoping Zack will go along with it. Zack is definitely considering keeping Kanay since he wants a link to the other tribe and isn't sure he can trust Foluke anymore.

At tribal council, Kanay says he feels good despite being on the losing side last time. Terry isn't overly concerned at having received votes since one of the people who cast them is gone now. Victoria says she doesn't know what's gonna happen, especially with the merge coming up.

Kanay gets voted out, which is fair enough since the guy wasn't playing that hard. Now the merge is approaching and the game is ready to get kicked up a notch.
