Shannon and Holli continue their connection and are confident they can pull together an alliance that includes Sabrina, Victoria and Sierra. Holli reassures Victoria she has no bad blood with her from last season, and Sabrina does the same with Sierra. They're looking at Ashley as a first target, because then that frees up Rebecca. Ashley is connecting with Chris L, who blows her mind when he suggests how she might be a target.

| Chris L's Hulk-out moment |
The girls laugh at Chris L's freakout after and during the challenge. Brandon thinks Ryan should go since he sat out. Chris L tells the group that's how he's voting, whilst Eric lies to Ryan and says it's Evan. Chris L decides to let Ryan know it's him (despite saying he wouldn't), so now Ryan is fighting to save himself again. With nothing to lose, he aims for Chris L, hoping to get Alex, Chris T and Brandon to do it. The swingvote would be Jordan, and Michelle and Nicole are helping Ryan out by promising to align with him if he changes his vote. Chris L's act of kindness may have just backfired on him!
At tribal council, Eric praises the women for besting them whilst Evan thinks they got lucky. Jordan says challenge performance isn't really a factor in his decision (which was kinda obvious when they sent home one of their strongest players first). Ryan feels like he's in trouble and calls out the people in control, saying going with him tonight would be "a move for the underdogs".
The votes are in, and it's Ryan going home. He'd waited so long for this second chance, and now it's cut disappointingly short. But now the guys tribe is running out of easy targets, so how long will they let Chris L call the shots?
